Rotary Reef Sponsorship Form

Thank you for demonstrating your passion for protecting the planet and sponsoring one of 118 Rotary Reefs for 118 years of Rotary International. Your contribution will help save 50 coral species from extinction via the creation of artificial reefs and maintenance of seed banks, which serve to preserve the genetic diversity of corals.

As a reminder, you and your Rotary Club or other organization will receive the following upon sponsoring one or more reefs:

• GPS coordinates to the reef

• Videos documenting progress of reef growth every six months

• A GPS marker accompanied by the name of your Club, Club President, and year in an online map

• A plaque at the Caribbean Coral Center facility in Bocas del Toro, Panama

• The complementary planting of 50 rare Almendro trees for every reef you sponsor (in saving one habitat, you’ll help another!)

• Every member of your Club will receive a weekly planner that educates on the environmental issue of plastic and how to live a sustainable life without disposable plastic
